On the size
Our shoes are standard size. Please check the size chart carefully before purchasing. If you are really unsure of the size you need, you can take a photo of the size label on the inside of the shoe and send it to me. I will help you determine the size. Again, we do not accept return requests due to sizing issues as the shoes are custom made. Therefore, please confirm the size you need.

How to customise
If you just need to add a name to the shoes follow the guide above and write down your requirements in the personalisation window, if you want to personalise the colour of the shoes, please contact me!

Return Policy
As the shoes are customised, they are only for specific orders. Therefore, orders will not be deleted or refunded.
